What happens?:

Articleinfo gadget fails to load.

What should have happened instead?:

Articleinfo should be displayed normally.

The example link didn't work, but I do see slashes aren't encoded properly for example at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=/&redirect=no

I thought solving T208086 would have solved this, too, but it turns out the ProxyPass needed some special treatment. Anyways, it should be fixed now!
