Reason: the Research team has continued to expand usage of Cloud VPS with our external collaborators, contractors, and interns. We've maxed out our CPUs/RAM on the research-collaborations-api project as a result and have a few projects that would benefit from greater resources as it is (example). In the next quarter, we also expect to have a project on image similarity (T291453) that will potentially require substantial resources.
