Description:
If the extension is not loaded from the /extensions directory, the images didn't appear. There is a line in Collection.templates.php (line 15), where the path to the images is hardcoded ($mediapath = $GLOBALS['wgScriptPath'] . '/extensions/Collection/images/';)

The right way to do this is to use "$wgExtensionAssetsPath/Collection/images"
