As a mobile user I would like to add a lexeme after having searched for it by clicking a link.

Usually I use hanger.toolforge.org but it does not support creating new idioms or phrases yet

This is not specific to mobile, the search results page displays the same text (namely search-nonefound) on desktop as well. Options:

Ask an admin to include the new lexeme link.
Search for “Lexeme:lagd kort ligger”, which displays a link to Special:NewLexeme (but not for Special:NewItem).
