Description

The time has come to migrate editquality models to Lift Wing!

This is a container task to track work needed to complete the migration:

Revert editquality isvc architecture to predictor-only
Upload model binaries to storage
Add isvc pod configurations to helmfile

The migration of editquality models has been completed.

76/76 editquality models were uploaded to Thanos Swift.

Inference services were created for all these models and they are all up and running in KServe on both eqiad and codfw.
