• Ask a steward to add you to a global group (preferrably global rollback; I'm not sure if this happens with other groups too)
• Wait

What happens?:

• I received no notification about the log entry, despite having my related option(s) on.

What should have happened instead?:

• I should have received notifications about log entries regarding my global user group(s), just like local ones.
