Feature summary:

Some ogg files (e.g., https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:KR375.ogg) contain a stream with a cover image. It would be great if that image could be extracted out and used as a thumbnail for that file.

Use case(s):

This would allow one to embed cover images for audio files and have them be shown.

Benefits:

Listing audio files would then become much easier and easier to determine which file is which file on a long list of files.
