What happens?:
Namespace checkboxes are repainted with new styles

What should have happened instead?:
Checkboxes should already have these styles loaded if they are intended

[mediawiki/core@master] Convert SearchFormWidget namespace checkboxes to OOUI

This could also be fixed by adding mediawiki.ui.checkbox to $out->addModuleStyles but MediaWiki UI is deprecated as far as I can tell.
