The Master Suppression List failed to update today. The issue appears to be on the Acoustic side, but in order to test it out further, I need the same Unsubscribes File from earlier to be uploaded to the FTP again (Unsubscribes-20220214033256.csv).
Is it possible to send that up today?

@KHaggard I've uploaded the files again - note that all 4 are re-uploaded by our script - so you will need to import them all at your end

Got it, thanks @Eileenmcnaughton. Are they located in the "Uploads" folder? I just tried running one of the files and it failed right away. I'll give it a few minutes and try again in case I ran it too early.
Also, on the Acoustic side we just have 3 recurring jobs (databaseupdate, unsubscribes, and optout (second unsubscribes)). We don't have a 4th job to run matching gifts since I believe we migrated that to be included in the main database update file.

Hi @Eileenmcnaughton The issue resolved itself today - the MSL ran this morning as scheduled and everything looks healthy. Only the Feb 15 files came through, so I think the files you uploaded might still be sitting there. For some reason, Acoustic doesn't see them.
I'm not sure why the MSL failed yesterday, but since things are fine now, I'm assuming it was a just a glitch. I’ll continue to keep an eye on it though. Thanks!
