Feature summary:
When users are located in countries or regions that block Wikipedia currently (e.g. China) and are not aware of it, they may complain that this app is useless.
It can be better if we can notify them about Wikipedia's inaccessibility at advance.
Proposed design:
- User download app and open it
- They will received a warning that Wikipedia is currently blocked in their region, e.g. "We detect that Wikipedia is inaccessible in your country/region. This app may not work. Continue?"
