Turn JS off
Turn the modern Vector on
Try to toggle on the user menu and language buttons

What happens?:
the user and language menus aren't displayed

What should have happened instead?:
the user and language menus should be displayed

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:25.8) Gecko/20151123 Firefox/31.9 PaleMoon/25.8.1

Per https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Compatibility#Browser_support_matrix this might be a wontfix, as "Some of browsers in this category are known to be incompatible with modern JavaScript, and therefore do not get JavaScript features."

Firefox 31 was released in July 22, 2014. We should check usage stats to determine whether it's worth the effort to locate an old Firefox 31 version, understand this issue and fix this.

Please note also T297313: Move Firefox 27-38 from Basic support to Unknown support
