User story: As a user, I want to quickly know what each term means, so that I can read my data accurately and quickly.

Have a quick description of lead time (e.g., “how much the task has been waiting for action”) and cycle time (“For how long the team has been working on the task”). I was taking notes during the demo and looking back to them in order to confirm and make sure I was interpreting the data correctly. Having those clarified in the tool would be helpful.

Lead time: from when the time the task was filed to when it was finished
Problems with this: lots of tasks filed very far in advance which bloats that number
