Description

We received a report from a diary study user that their push notification content only said "checkEchov1". We should ensure all paths in NotificationsService.swift fall back to the generic text "New activity on Wikipedia" if we are unable to determine their push content.

Notes for QA

This one is tough to test, so just some light regression testing on push notification content needed here.
