Meeting on 2/22 with Jazmin Tanner, Matt Cleinman, Nikki Nikkhoui, Petr Pchelko, Dmitry Brant, Luke Bowmaker.

1). Provide Edit Counts for multiple user types

Endpoint currently only provides counts by 1 user type and counts are capped to 10k. Each user type (bot, anon, etc) has it’s own query to different tables, etc.
Needs a spike to investigate how performant the new query would be.

2). Revision Counts from Multiple Sources

Similar to above, needs a spike to investigate how performant the new query would be.

3). Searching Comments by Text

More involved (likely need Search team involved and DBA for indexing) then if that worked changes on top of the API to allow search by text.
Seems the most difficult/involved.
