Description

Backup buckets exist now (wikibase-dev-static-backup and wikibase-cloud-static-backup):

Buckets is backed up daily.
Objects older than 7 days will be deleted.
Backup buckets are stored in EUROPE-NORTH1 region.

Optional:

Revoking storage.objects.delete permission from everyone except an admin to make sure buckets are not accidentally deleted.

A/C:

Recovery process will be stored in wbaas-deploy repo.
