Description

As-is, the alert spams #wikimedia-operations with hundreds of lines.

I think a short term easy fix would be to make the check warning (i.e. icinga/alerts.w.o only) instead of critical so it doesn't spam irc, what do you think ? In general I think we don't want per-host criticals on irc (certainly not for big fleets like mw)
