Based on a successful RfC on English Wikipedia, we are ready to change the share of newcomers getting the Growth features. In T290927: Scale: increase share of users on English Wikipedia, we started giving the Growth features to 25% of new accounts with 5% also getting mentorship. Now, we are going to start giving the Growth features to 100% of new accounts with 10% also getting mentorship.
We want to make this change on Monday, March 7.
