Motivation

In order to capture the extent of the impact of the IP Masking project, we want to gather data about the contributions of unregistered editors and the usefulness of these edits.

This data would look similar to the data generated by @nettrom_WMF in T231605: [REQUEST] Research into usefulness of edits made by IP editors, published on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/IP_Editing:_Privacy_Enhancement_and_Abuse_Mitigation/Research.

We want this data to be captured for the calendar years:
