Add some verbiage to https://github.com/toolforge/paws/blob/6d0dba0456b52353d631b87ce266dd81b8ae6e31/paws/values.yaml#L248-L252 as an announcement that we're updating the PAWS interface to JupyterLab (T295043) This can be take out maybe a month after it is deployed. This would be deployed somewhat before T295043/https://github.com/toolforge/paws/pull/133 and in parallel with a notice sent out to cloud-announce and the tech newsletter (Checking if that one is still around).
