Some images listed at Wikimedia Commons are trademark. Which means that they are published under free licence, but they might not be suitable to some local communities. Adding such an image can lead to a revert.

I think we should make this configurable in community configuration (perhaps in a generic form, as list of excluded Commons categories), as the level of tolerance for trademarked images would likely differs. For instance, at Czech Wikipedia, I wouldn't see an issue with using the image from the edit linked in the description.
Implementing this as a category-based filter might help us with other issues as well (such as T282712: Come up with a NSFW filter for images in NewcomersTasks).
