In order to complete T300410, @Iflorez would like to know which campaigns use the hashtag tool as their primary form of tracking. This way, we can create a list of such campaigns, and we can include data from those campaigns into our baseline data.

Also, we may want this list from citationhunt, if it functions in a way similar to hashtag tool. Perhaps Imelda and Irene can sync on this.
