Description

Currently, the dashboard of Wikibase.cloud contains some obsolete welcome text from WBstack. This was missed by product when writing T293151.

Before any users are on the platform, we should remove these sentences from the dash:

Wikimedia Germany work around “Wikibase as a Service” is continuing in the first half of 2021

Additional revisions of the dashboard text can be expected at a later date, but are out of the scope of this small correction request.
