There are a number of issues with the documentation and procedure

• It mentions scp and Putty but not sftp which is a standard transfer tool that should be mentioned. When trying to learn how to do it I was searching on "sftp" and getting no results and had to get help to find the doc.
• It says "To make files available to a tool account, copy or move them from your home directory to the tool's home directly". Ignoring "directly" which should be "directory", this doesn't work (for me) when using "mv" it only works with "cp". When using "mv" the file group owner doesn't change to match the tool group and thus "take FILE" doesn't work. Only with "cp" does it work. One would think it shouldn't matter cp vs mv .. it looked like a bug.
