Update of the interwiki cache is necessary. Interwiki guw is not working, see https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Projektneuheiten#23._M%C3%A4rz_2022

I understand that's problematic but again the wiki in itself works and is accessible. The issue is T304529: scap update-interwiki-cache throws MWException: Setting $wgInterwikiCache to a CDB path is no longer supported which is open and people are on it.

It boils down to DoD/AC and the AC itself here is satisfied.

FTR, I just updated interwiki cache manually. The interwiki link should work now.
