Hi FRTech,
As we are testing PIX in Brazil before this years campaign, Dlocal reviewed our Brazil checkout pages and made a call out that we are serving up Bank Transfers again after the donor selects PIX in Brazil, which seems redundant and possibly confusing. Is there a way to not display all of the BT methods after they have already selected PIX?

Circling back on this. We discussed this in the Tuesday meeting. This is going to be too complicated to work on at this time considering other priorities. The way dlocal offers these options makes it very complicated to break out pix as it's own options. When we re-integrate dlocal (this summer) we can check on the level of difficulty of this use case in the new system.

@EMartin and @Pcoombe If you leave pix as an option on donate wiki the donor will still see the other bank transfer options on payments wiki.

Eric from Trilogy figured out that you can add &payment_submethod=pix in the payments URL to get a form with just PIX. It seems to work okay, although obviously I can't actually complete a payment myself. @DStrine can you check with fr-tech if this is something that we could use?

Ah ok

We didn't expect that to work. You would have to hard code that in the url on donate wiki or in the banner. A local tester should try this out to be sure everything is ok.

@Pcoombe @DStrine Just so I'm clear, this wouldn't be the initial page, correct? This would be presented after the donor selects PIX, correct?

@EMartin Yes, the donor would select PIX on either donatewiki or in the banners, and then get this form on payments. Do you have anyone who could test this locally?

@Pcoombe yes, we have someone. I'll see if they will do this for us.

Let me know if this works and I'll resolve this task. As for now it's on the back burner for fr-tech.

Okay @EMartin, this is now live on donatewiki for Brazil, along with a logo for PIX. We'll aim to get the same in banners when it comes to prepping them.
