Description

As an advancement manager, I need to know which PSP is configured as default and which is secondary for a given country and whether monthly convert is enabled in that country.

DoD:

there should be text that states "These defaults are set by payments wiki. However donate wiki can override the default processor."

For each country:

displays the default psp and if MC is on
displays the secondary psp and if MC is on
