the list of language codes could be retrieved from the configuration
make use of the selected language code when creating the Lexeme
the selected language code should be stored in the Store

NOTE: the spelling variant field is to be implemented as a permanent field at this stage. It will end up being displayed only when the spelling variant cannot be automatically discerned as a part of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T298142
