@dom_walden @imaigwilo Would it be OK for you to test the SimilarEditors work locally before we can put it on beta? I'm trying to work out the dependencies between the various external reviews and deploying it on beta

For this task, just the SimilarEditors extension itself.

It can be cloned here: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/admin/repos/mediawiki/extensions/SimilarEditors

Then loaded using wfLoadExtension( 'SimilarEditors' ); in LocalSettings.php

I'll make sure we add notes wherever anything more needs to be loaded. Thanks!
