Description

What wrong?

The bad design of the caption for the collapsed table - The text with more chars/words is render as "narrow column". See collapsed tables on the page https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Movement_Charter/Drafting_Committee/Elections/Feedback#h-The_largest_according_of_the_local_wiki_for_voting_users-2022-03-27T09:51:00.000Z.

How is right?

If the table is collapsed, then the table caption rendering as HTML element as block (as CSS).
