Description

With the completion of the initial template in T301832, there are a few (known) issues to resolve within the near future:

Use $CI_COMMIT_BRANCH as a default for the specified MediaWiki branch. This seems rather simple, but I'm guessing there will be at least a few complications.
Add support for MediaWiki core, in isolation. Currently MediaWiki extensions and skins are supported by the template, along with a "generic php application" context. But we need to add support for MediaWiki core and evaluate performance.
