Upgrade/Delete TechWish tools that running on deprecated stretch grid

Description

Some of our tools (even when not used anymore) are running on the stretch engine grid. This will be shutdown end of this month.{1]

We'll have to upgrade the tools we want to keep. While we're at it, we should also remove the ones that are not needed anymore.

  • catgraph ( deleted )
  • catgraph-jsonp ( deleted )
  • cgstat ( deleted, did not need upgrade, but still cleaned up )

Did everything that's needed. Not 100% sure about technischewuensche let's wait if something comes up. At least the webserver is on Kubernetes and the job got a buster flag.

FYI: There was another round of email reminders for tools that are not migrated yet. I did not get one for technischewuensche, so it seems where fine here.
