What are your goals? How will you use this data or analysis?
We are aiming to improve the experience of content moderation in the mobile web interface. In doing so we will need support from Product Analytics for projects including:

• Understanding current behaviour of content moderators on mobile web to better understand what the priority features are, and which are causing editors frustration. Also how this compares with desktop data.
• Reviewing data on the uptake of Advanced Mobile Contributions (T234559) to better understand if the approach of an opt-in set of advanced features is one we want to continue or move away from. This could include:
  • Determining the uptake of the AMC overlay feature
  • Evaluating A/B tests for bringing features out of 'Advanced' mode into the default interface
• Workflow analysis to determine where editors drop out when engaging with content moderation workflows on mobile
• Evaluating the impact of new features and UX updates on the behaviour of new and experienced editors. e.g. "Does showing an Undo button prominently encourage more new editors to review each other's edits?"

These analyses will be critical to understand how our work is impacting editor behaviour. One in four editors is mobile-first, so this work has the potential for high impact on these users.

What are the details of your request? Include relevant timelines or deadlines
We're still in a discovery phase, understanding which features are the highest priority, and are feeding this into next year's annual plan, which I don't have details of just yet. We will likely need support on an ongoing basis to measure the impact of the features we're adjusting and improving.

In the meantime, during Q4, we want to explore small wins which can be made over the next few months.

Is this request urgent or time sensitive?
This ask is primarily for support in the coming fiscal year (22/23), but we also have questions which we would benefit from investigating this quarter. In particular, with regards to prioritising the features we'll be working on and understanding the current landscape.
