Description

Create some mediawiki-docker extension support documentation for ext:SecurityAPI.
Improve upon the mediawiki.org extension documentation.
Improve upon various repo README files, mainly for the service (still the default, mostly) and the extension (currently none.)

Yes, we'll plan to do that. And yes, T305728 is the new project request. I've added that under the main new service request hierarchy here just so we can track it better.
