Description

What happens?:
Logo and menu are pushed down by padding-top:160px for body.skin--responsive #column-one

What should have happened instead?:
Well it looks fine when I disable the padding..

Thanks. I have a hack ready if nobody is interested in fixing it some other way, but I just noticed "ReferenceError: wgServer is not defined" coming from MediaWiki:Gadget-betaCommons.css, ONLY when using Monobook, which I can't really explain.

This one's caused by https://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Monobook.js#L-48
