Decrease timeout time for WebPageReplay/sitespeed.io tests

Description

Yesterday we had alerts firing because of missing data. The reason was that https://www.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/ was down and I could see in the logs that tests times out after 5 minutes. Let us timeout faster than that.
