emails received when notifying users that articles on their watchlist have been edited are not parsing the full url if the url contains brackets.
e.g. a notification relating to Talk:Stonewall (charity) should be parsing https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Stonewall_(charity) instead it is not passing the part in brackets and the resulting email only has a hyperlink https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Stonewall
