Description

Dear SRE team,
Please build and deploy the version 4.7.0 of scap using the instructions in https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Scap/Release

This version of scap primarily consists of bugfixes. It would be nice to have at least the deb on deploy1002 updated before the train starts on Tuesday.
