Description

Some ambiguity remains around the following:

main branches on https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/releng/ddd/-/commits/main and https://github.com/20after4/ddd/commits/main are different
Unsure which bits from which are "latest"
Their last common commit is 54eb5781

Commands to start over completely fresh populating metrics.db

Commands for ensuring new projects/tickets data appear in metrics.db in a timely (ideally automated) manner

How often to run specific commands above to keep metrics.db in sync with Phabricator data

How to get a local install to present the same search results in DDD dashboard as live install - they're differing slightly

Not sure there is much I can do to help @Mhurd on that front, but I can surely finally read the python script which generates the metrics.db file and I have filed a task to get access to the Phabricator hosts T308478
