Description

Beta eswiki was closed in T109157: Put beta eswiki to read-only mode due to spam and lack of a use case. eswiki is one of the main wikis for Growth campaigns and often needs custom configuration, which needs to be tested, so there is a use case for a beta wiki now. We'd like to restore it.

This is done. @Etonkovidova let me know if you'd like anything to be configured differently. (In theory it's the same as real eswiki but I didn't do much testing.)

Checked eswiki betalabs

- Special:Homepage doesn't have Suggested tasks and topics (there is no Special:EditGrowthConfig)
Help panel is present

Should eswiki betalabs have a fully functioned Special:Homepage? GLAM campaign, for example, was checked with added topics/articles on cswiki betalabs.

It should have everything we need for testing. I Imported the community config pages from production, suggested tasks seem to work now.

Re-checked - the suggested tasks are present and work as expected.
