Issues to solve:

• Where should a contributor go to see open tasks/bugs?
• Should volunteers freely assign tasks/bugs to themselves? (probably yes)
• How the progress of a volunteer contribution be tracked, by both the contributor and the Design Systems Team?
• Avoid multiple Phab boards with duplicate statuses, as this is not maintainable from a time/staffing/accuracy perspective (spike: is there a way to automatically link status columns between boards?)
