We should figure out when we want to encourage teams to start using Codex for developing new features, and what resources to prepare for them.

@Catrope + @NHillard-WMF heads up there is a similar ask in T279421: Update Vue and Codex documentation for WMF staff and community developers - do you want to combine tasks? This falls under general documentation needs and I think it falls under process improvements that we should aim to implement this Q. Happy to discuss location/framework for the documentation in an upcoming refinement sesh
I think you're right that that's a duplicate. I didn't realize that task existed, so when @NHillard-WMF asked me if there was already a task for a communication plan I said no, and created this. Happy to merge.
