Description

Things we want to cleanup after versions maps are deployed and running in a stable state.

Cleanup KartographerVersionedLiveMaps, KartographerVersionedMapdata and KartographerVersionedStaticMaps feature flags
Revert labs debug setting https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/operations/mediawiki-config/+/785852 covered in T308108: Disable Kartographer debug logging in production
Remove versioned_maps kill-switch in kartotherian https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/services/kartotherian/+/889044
Remove the Conflict_with_FlaggedRevs part in the Extension: help page.
