Description

We have recently changed DST's ticket workflow by introducing 2 new boards, Design-System-Team and Design-System-Team (Design-System-Sprint).

Acceptance criteria:

Update the Contribution Guidelines section on DST's mediawiki page to reflect the phabricator changes & feedback/communication venues
