If possible, please specify the value of $wgAbuseFilterBlockDuration and $wgAbuseFilterAnonBlockDuration (both of them are indefinite by default). This value is the default duration of a block, and admin could customize them if needed (like in the screenshot above, default duration for registered and anonymous user are indefinite and 3 month respectively).
@Stang I think it would be fine to configure it in the same way as Chinese Wikipedia.
