@Cmjohnson if we wait until T305570 is complete, we should have the capacity to do it whenever is convenient -and provided we do it one machine at a time- without any coordination (i.e. at your leisure).
We're no closer to having those new servers up than we were at my last update (I didn't account for Inspiration Week). If you're eager to get this done though -and we can do them one at a time- then we can get started.

It would be great if I could be made aware of when this will happen (I can keep an eye on things when they come back up), but it's not strictly necessary; You can do this whenever it's convenient for you.
