Description

We need to create connection between CloudWatch and Athena so we can generate reports on API usage for sales and product teams.

We'll need to:

Add and configure Athena (create necessary tables)
Create connector handler
Setup scheduled trigger

Acceptance criteria:
I can query the logs for the day through the AWS Athena UI.
