Background

As a user of the documentation site, I would like to have a quick configuration (very similar to the current LTR/RTL) that would allow me to change the "base text size".

This could be very helpful to allow us to text that we have set sizes correctly and taken into consideration of people that used browsers with "increased" text size

Goal

• Enable user setting of mobile or desktop rendering output per button et al.
