Addition of a Cargo query on a wikitext field causes the TOC to disappear from a page:

Cargo queries should not hide unrelated TOC.
What MediaWiki and Cargo version was in use at the time this was created? I created an account on your wiki today to test it out and can't replicate the issue. I see you're MediaWiki was recently updated and Special:Version has the following for current versions:
MediaWiki: 1.37.2 (6c311a0) 04:09, 15 June 2022
PHP: 7.4.3 (fpm-fcgi)
MySQL: 8.0.27
Cargo: 3.1 (a44aec3) - And the current version of Cargo is 3.2. I think this is an old report that can possible be closed (seems to be resolved)?
It still happens if you do not force the placement of the TOC using __TOC__. This makes sense considering the changeset involved.
