Description

Since a few days, I find Commons very slow. Example of errors I get while uploadings files with https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Rillke/bigChunkedUpload.js :

My connection is OK. I have no problem accessing other sites on the Internet.
Upload speed is 10 KB/s while it used to be 250 KB/s.
