Background
The team would like to bring VisualEditor into the app, one approach surfaced to achieving this would be to show mobile view for our editor. This task is for us to evaluate the tradeoffs and possibility to this approach.

- Potential risks and dependencies
- Answer what impact this would have on offline content
- Impact of completing the task (Qual and Quant)
- Answer how this would impact the recent talk page work
- An estimate of the LOE to implement this work
